- Return Shipping*: While we offer enhanced 30-day returns, please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is successfully delivered to us. We are not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Return Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or customized items, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification if you have any questions about the eligibility of an item for return.
- Manufacturer's Guarantee: Our goods are guaranteed for manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
