Zealous Sunglass Protection Plan - Terms and Conditions
1. Coverage Period: This Protection Plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility: The protection plan can only be purchased at the time of purchasing the sunglasses. In the case of multiple purchase of sunglasses, one protection plan will cover only one sunglass. The Protection Plan is available for purchase at $24.99 and must be purchased at the same time as the sunglasses. This would not be available anytime later.
3. Coverage: This plan covers accidental damage to the sunglasses, including but not limited to broken lenses or frames. It does not cover normal wear and tear or lost sunglasses.
4. Claims Process:
o To make a claim, the original sunglasses must be returned to Zealous Sunglasses.
o The plan covers repair, replacement, or exchange of the sunglasses, or store credit in the case of an out-of-stock item.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the damaged sunglasses are the responsibility of the customer. Zealous Sunglasses will cover the cost of shipping for sending repaired or replacement sunglasses back to the customer.
6. Replacement Items: If replacement sunglasses are not available, store credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase price.
7. Exclusions: This plan does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Loss or theft of sunglasses.
- Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
8. Claims Limit: Each pair of sunglasses is eligible for one claim under this Protection Plan during the coverage period.
9. Refunds: Refunds for the Protection Plan are not available once purchased.
10. Plan Transferability: This Protection Plan is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.
11. Documentation: Proof of purchase and the original sunglasses are required to process any claims.
12. Plan Cancellation: Zealous Sunglasses reserves the right to cancel the Protection Plan if terms and conditions are not adhered to.
13. Changes to Terms: Zealous Sunglasses reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website.
